Ryan Rothacker

Ryan Rothacker is Chief Operating Officer for SGPS. In this role, Ryan is responsible for leading the asset management, leasing and property management functions for the firm. Ryan
joined SGPS in July 2024 and brings with him 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining SGPS, Ryan served on Welltower’s Executive team as Senior Vice President of Outpatient
Medical where he was responsible for all operational, financial and investment decisions across their Medical
Office portfolio of 425 buildings and 26M square feet.

Ryan is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in
accounting. He started his career as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in their Cleveland, OH office where he
focused on the firm’s real estate, construction and development clients. This accounting experience led him to
his first operational role with Duke Realty (n/k/a Prologis). Over the course of 16 years with Duke Realty,
Ryan assumed several different operational roles where he ultimately served as Vice President, Operations
over their Medical Office portfolio. In this role, Ryan was responsible for asset management, property
management and leasing for Duke’s Medical Office portfolio consisting of 86 assets and 7M sf and helped lead
Duke’s sale of their healthcare division to Healthcare Trust of America (n/k/a Healthcare Realty) in 2017.
Immediately upon selling the Duke Medical Office portfolio, Ryan joined Remedy as Senior Vice President of
Asset Management.

Ryan has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association’s (“BOMA”) Cleveland, Atlanta,
Indianapolis and Dallas chapters over the past 22 years. Ryan was actively involved in BOMA Atlanta’s The
Office Building of the Year (TOBY) committee and he formed this same committee for BOMA Indianapolis
where he chaired it from 2009-2013. While a member in BOMA Dallas, Ryan served on the Board of
Directors from 2018-2021 and he was a founding member of the Medical Office Building Committee in 2016.
Ryan was very active in Rotary International from 2005-2015 serving as Vice President of the Rotary Club of
North Fulton (GA) in 2008 and President of the Rotary Club of Westfield (IN) in 2013-2014. Ryan is a
graduate of Leadership North Fulton class of 2007-2008 and Stanley K. Lacy (SKL) Executive Leadership
Series class of 2013-2014. Ryan was recognized as a finalist for Indy’s Best & Brightest in 2011 & 2012.

Ryan resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and two children, who both currently attend the University of
Arkansas.
