Ryan Rothacker is Chief Operating Officer for SG Property Services LLC (“SGPS”). In this role, Ryan is responsible for leading the asset management, leasing and property management functions for the firm. Ryan joined SGPS in July 2024 and brings with him 25 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining SGPS, Ryan served on Welltower’s Executive team as Senior Vice President of Outpatient Medical where he was responsible for all operational, financial and investment decisions across their Medical Office portfolio of 425 buildings and 26M square feet.
Ryan is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He started his career as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in their Cleveland, OH office where he focused on the firm’s real estate, construction and development clients. This accounting experience led him to his first operational role with Duke Realty (n/k/a Prologis). Over the course of 16 years with Duke Realty, Ryan assumed several different operational roles where he ultimately served as Vice President, Operations over their Medical Office portfolio. In this role, Ryan was responsible for asset management, property management and leasing for Duke’s Medical Office portfolio consisting of 86 assets and 7M sf and helped lead Duke’s sale of their healthcare division to Healthcare Trust of America (n/k/a Healthcare Realty) in 2017. Immediately upon selling the Duke Medical Office portfolio, Ryan joined Remedy as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
