Ms. Thomay has over thirty years of experience managing operations for Class A Office, Medical Office and Retail real estate assets on behalf of institutional owners and private investors.
Lynn’s background experience is in the areas of financial analysis, contract negotiations and implementation, lease administration, and project and construction management. She holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Georgia and has completed course requirements to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation offered by the Commercial Real Estate Institute.
