One Clay Place is a 18,565 square foot building purchased by SG Property Services in 2016. It is a 3-story office building with 4,395 square feet of contiguous warehouse/loft space. SGPS executed a building improvement plan consisting of repaving the parking lot, repainting the exterior of the building, and white-boxing the interior office space. SGPS was able to sell the building in under a year at a considerable return.
