Building I comprises 20,000 square feet, while Building II comprises 12,785 square feet and includes a two-operating-room ambulatory surgery center. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2016, the property features specialized medical improvements, including X-ray facilities, a shielded MRI room, a procedure room, and a backup generator.

Strategically located between Covington and Conyers, the facility is Resurgens’ easternmost location and serves multiple markets along the Interstate 20 corridor. The property is also positioned between two acute-care hospitals: Piedmont Rockdale Hospital and Piedmont Newton Hospital.

The property is fully leased to Resurgens Orthopaedics which was founded in 1986 and has grown to become Georgia’s largest orthopaedic practice and one of the nation’s largest orthopaedic groups.
